Full Service: The Process
Step 2
Clarity Consult
This is a 60-90 minute in-home consultation with Principal Designer, Erin Bergant Harrod. (Video conferencing also available for distance and ease.) You will get to know each other as you walk through your home and hone in on your ideas, dreams, likes/dislikes, budget and timeline. You'll have direction for what comes next by the end of this meeting and be able to ask plenty of questions. A plan of action will be provided after this meeting so you're able to move forward. The fee for the clarity consultation is $300.
Step 3
Letter of Agreement
If we agree we're a good fit for one another we will draft up a Letter of Agreement outlining the scope of work. After this is signed and the deposit is received, we will begin work on your project. Each project is priced individually by job and based upon the scope of work.
Step 4
Design
During the design phase, we talk more
in-depth about likes and dislikes, the function of your home, dream features, and any other desires you have regarding design. We measure the home, take before photos and begin to prepare floor plans, 3D drawings, as well as material and finish selections.
Step 5
Pricing & Procurement
After the design is finalized, we will get pricing from the contractors and for furnishings, cabinetry and other materials. Work is scheduled and we will communicate with the contractor to keep the project underway. Furnishings, window treatments, cabinetry is all ordered during this phase.
Step 6
Construction & Installation
Work is scheduled and we will coordinate with the contractor to keep the project underway. Site visits (as required) will be done to ensure the contractors are accurately executing the design. Furnishings and finished products like draperies, rugs will be installed.
Step 7
Walk Through & Final Details
Upon completion of the project, we will do a walk through to note any final items needed for purchase, final accessorizing and have a completion photoshoot. Then you rest, relax and enjoy your new space!
